Basilisk 是 Pale Moon 推出的新浏览器，给予 Firefox 52.0 ESR，基于 XUL，是基于从 Firefox 某个时间点的代码 fork 而来的 Unified XUL Platform (UXP) 。不含有 Servo 或 Rust 的代码。

所以它是支持 NPAPI 插件和 XUL 扩展的。支持的功能包括：http://www.basilisk-browser.org/features.shtml
