一个网页的问题
大家看看能不能用firefox正常浏览这个网页：http://bbs.edonkey2000.cn:18880/forum/users.html.gb

我看到的也是源文件。这是网站MIME类型设置错误的问题，可以发信反映，要求他们更正。IE能访问是因为IE不是根据MIME类型判断的，而是根据文件内容判断的，这是不符合HTTP协议标准的做法。FireFox是严格按照标准做的

实际上不是http协议的标准，是w3c关于mime的标准：
http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/2002/0129-mime#consistency 其中提到 The architecture of the Web depends on applications making dispatching and security decisions for resources based on their Internet Media Types and other MIME headers. It is a serious error for the response body to be inconsistent with the assertions made about it by the MIME headers. Web software SHOULD NOT attempt to recover from such errors by guessing, but SHOULD report the error to the user to allow intelligent corrective action. IE把世道搞乱了。 |
