下面代码为什么放入userChrome.css无效？

这应该是CSS码吧，那为什么无效呢？

代码本身无问题的话，去掉第一行@namespace url(http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gateke ... s.only.xul);，其余的贴入userChrome.css
