优化about:config的网文忽悠了我好几年

Network.dnsCacheEntries 缓存的DNS，默认20（条）
Network.dnsCacheExpiration 缓存DNS的时间，默认60（秒）

网文说改大点好，甚至还有说改成9999条的
于是我分别改成512，1800

今天翻源码，发现缓存机制不是用hash树实现的，而是循环。。。
如果有人改成9999。。。。

我现在改成40，600了

现在这个项目的重点是 为BetterPGO弄个容易拓展的自动测试框架以及在不摆脱VC2010的情况下对性能影响较大的模块进行混合编译，看看能否超越vc的优化水平

嗯!無論設定多誇張,最大化都是8.

我設定40/120的.

沒讓我遇見過什麼問題

但是network.http.pipelining.maxrequests之前網上的修改帖子大部分
大部分都是錯誤的離譜，都說什麼數值越大越好
結果我查了官方wiki，這個數值最高就到30而已
超過30不管多少，就都是30而已
這個恐怕也忽悠了不少人回到原帖

Network.http.pipelining.maxrequests最大值是8哟。
