DictCN一直提示not found
然后到Firefox扩展页面有个用户提供了一个如何修正的方法，如下：

We have been using this add-on for years now. Unfortunately, it seems a change to the dict.cn server has broken this add-on.
To fix this, change the MIME type of the reply of the dict.cn server - as the reply is not treated as XML the parsing does not work. This will hard-code the MIME type and fix this.
Insert the following in overlay.js[b] line 106[/b] (before "this.oXMLhttp.send(null);"
this.oXMLhttp.overrideMimeType("text/xml");

You will find "overlay.js" in "dictcn.jar" in your profile's extension directory under "austin.dict@dict.cn\chrome\".

You can easily open it with 7ZIP (or rename it to dictcn.ZIP) and in the archive go to "chrome\content\overlay.js".

就是改了扩展后缀名为zip，然后解压开扩展，拿出来里面的dictcn.jar用winrar打开之后修改里面的overlay.js文件，在第106行"this.oXMLhttp.send(null);"这一段代码之前添加一行如下代码：
this.oXMLhttp.overrideMimeType("text/xml");

然后保存。然后重新压缩回jar 再把jar压缩回dictcn扩展包即可。


但是这样现在用起来有个问题，鼠标悬停或者选中词语查词的时候Firefox总是弹出缺少Quicktime插件的提示、每次查词 只要查到结果就会弹出。。。我不想安装QT。。请问该怎么办呢？顺便附上我改过的DictCN3.2.1的扩展文件

以上问题都解决了 现在的新问题是换了Firefox8.0 这个扩展直接挂了。选中单词提示Not Found，点击之后转到的DictCN页面也没有这个词语出现，只有首页。怎么办？

扩展可以在8.x 9.x下面使用了。。

嗯查到了部分原因，每当查到单词解释的时候会自动调用QT来播放mp3单词发音。
所以 现在的问题是，我不想用QT 不想装QT
我的电脑装了foobar 我如何设置 使得网页需要播放音频文件的时候不提示安装QT？不调用QT来播放mp3 避免使用QT？

绕来绕去又绕回一个很古老的问题。。。
MediaWrap 还有 MediaPlayerConnectivity 都是被我遗忘的扩展。。
还有个办法就是禁用取词发音。那么顶楼的修改后的扩展没啥问题了 各位可以使用。
