userChrome.css和userContent.css在哪里

刚刚发现在了一个NASA的主题。有这么一段说明：
工具栏中禁用 NASA 的 LOGO，在 userChrome.css 中加入以下命令：

默认似乎是没有这两个文件的，你可以将FX目录下defaults\profile\chrome下的两个sample拷贝过去，然后改名。
