8 点一过，电信的恶意 QoS 就上线
单线直连速度直线下降
而且每个 tcp 连接的速度也会持续下降

于是直连下载从 100KB/s 高开低走
一般几百 KB 就断流一次

刚发现 addons.cdn.mozilla.net 也是指向同一个 ip，炸裂
