[Beta] Firefox 60.0a 提供更多对传感器 API 的控制

传感器（Sensor） API 多在智能手机和平板电脑等移动设备上使用，用于通过传感器获取环境信息，例如温度、地理位置等。Firefox 60.0b 版本允许用户更多的控制这些传感器 API，主要包括：
1、自动禁用了距离传感器和环境光传感器的 API 开关。用户如果要使用，须先到 about:config 中将 device.sensors.proximity.enabled 和 device.sensors.ambientLight.enabled 设置为 true 来开启。
2、添加了两个新的 API，分别是 orientation 和 motion 和运动有关的开关，也要先到 about:config 中将 device.sensors.orientation.enabled 和 device.sensors.motion.enabled 设置为 true。
3、最后是添加了全局启用和禁用传感器的开关，是 device.sensors.enabled，设置为 false 则关闭所有传感器。
