本身我的键盘上有上网快捷键，自从我将firefox1.0.3升到1.0.6后就不能用了,上网快捷键就不能用了。一按快捷键就出现这么一句话[The program must close to allow a previous installation attempt to complete .Please rest at.]请各位高手帮我解决一下。谢谢/////                                    

你设置FF（也就是firefox!-_-!）为默认浏览器了吗？楼主买的是品牌机吧？这种华而不实的功能。。。。。

如果可以把它的指象地址为FF的，应该就可以了吧。

你永远不会独行。以下是在Mozillazine找到的：

I had previously downloaded and installed Firefox 1.0.1. Tonight, I downloaded Firefox 1.0.2 and did not let it restart my computer because I was in the process of downloading a 65 MB file (Open Office). I have not tried to install Open Office yet.

Now when I try to open Firefox, I get the following error message:

"The program must close to allow a previous installation attempt to complete. Please restart."

I have rebooted several times, but still get the error message.

I am running Windows XP.

而解决的办法是

Go to the program installation folder 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox' and delete the 'xpicleanup.exe' file. Make sure Firefox is not running when you do this. You should be able to start Firefox after that.

不知道是否适用你的情况，还是先备份一下xpicleanup.dat吧。
