问个css问题

我拿https://userstyles.org/styles/56739的样式改了几个数值，最后变成如图所示。我希望能让红线圈住的部分在网页边缘显示，偏偏无法做到这一点。
希望能帮一下。

当时看到喊我"大王"(怒火心头起, 恶向胆边生), 讲真,心里有些不爽, 不过, 不能全怪你, 要怪只能怪我话太少, 也怪fang(谁让你是管理, 你不躺枪谁躺枪, 你不背锅谁背锅)弄了这么个二五眼的等级, 要是像mmd, 每天弄个月经贴, 应该早脱离苦海了
