如何在Firefox獲得/修改/發送HTTP的POST信息？

我目前只是知道LiveHTTPHeaders可以查看這些資料，但還沒有辦法在傳送POST指令前截獲並修改這些信息……

没发现可以修改http header的扩展。。。。。
