frame的内容编码，我觉得ff做的不如myie！

假如一个web页嵌套了iframe或者frame，myie右键可以选择本帧的字符编码，而ff却不能通过右键选择本帧的编码！
经常发现frame里面的编码和parent frame不同，需要手动选择才能正确显示。

压根就不是MyIE的功能，是IE的
可以装RightEncoding扩展

iframe一般都是被block的主
