如何让FF屏蔽某个域名及其下属网页？

我的父母老是上我自己的博客，我发两句牢骚都被发现，几乎处于完全被监视的状态，很让我恼火。
因为在XP下不同帐户火狐的配置互不影响，所以我想在他们的帐户里面屏蔽掉我的博客地址以及下属的页面。请问应该怎么做呢？谢谢！
