书签中滚轮的速度怎么调

今天开始的吧，升级以后书签中滚轮速度极慢，外面是正常的

我书签很多很多啊，以前一下就能滚到底的，现在要滚死人的
有人知道怎么调吗

一般的滚轮速度可没变，就是火狐的书签变的很慢，大概是今天的nightly才出现的
