说起这个，我大学的时候听信了将背景色设为豆沙绿（似乎叫“陆军绿”更形象）护眼的说法，然而几年下来除了感受到文字对比度更低更耗眼之外，还是离不开手动调节显示屏亮度，甚至最底亮度依然在...回到原帖

关于夜间模式的好坏是个看个人喜欢的事情，我的推荐感觉没有多大意义，自己看图选择就好，一定要说的话我喜欢https://userstyles.org/styles/98305/solarized-dark-everywhere和https://userstyles.org/styles/104239/nightman-1-6。
豆沙绿感觉就是玄学，被辟谣好多次了。
因为显示器太渣的原因，我的笔记本和以前的手机也差不多，强光下根本不能用。
 f.lux 以前也有人推荐http://sunbox.cc/use-f-lux-to-protect-your-eyes/ ，用过一天，感觉实在受不了屏幕变黄，就卸载了。
