升级到41.0.1，Tab Utilties扩展的有些选项不能起作用了，是扩展没跟上？

比如说，想把标签栏置底，发现调Tab utilties的选项完全不起作用，是扩展没跟上，还是浏览器完全变了，无法自定义这个？

是说原版的TU吗，应该坏掉很久了，不止是这个问题。请用修复版（修复大部分问题）：

反映一个问题
pcx41.0.1+TUfixed 09.12，最近总是出现一个问题，使用中会随机有某个/某些标签不能被关闭了，点关闭/ctrl+w都毫无反应。
找不到什么规律，所以不清楚是tu的问题，还是我配置什么地方有问题。
请yfdyh000帮忙看看有绪没，谢谢
下面贴的是发生不能关闭标签时，按ctrl+shift+j弹出来的日志内容

偶尔（几周）遇到一两次，原因不确定，错误代码也不止这一例。暂无解决方法，先靠重启吧……
