sage的css的问题

下了一个美化的css,但是背景图片总没有,说明里面也没有说
偶自己看了一下,css里面是这样写的

h2.item-title

font-weight: normal;
line-height: 1.0;
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;
}

so,这个header.gif应该放到哪里啊
