天气预报插件ForecastFox更新至0.75

变化比较大。换了天气服务提供商，数据支持更多城市。目前只有英文版本。

We have a new version with a lot of great changes. We've moved weather providers to AccuWeather®. As a result, we have more weather data available, including radar images and severe weather alerts! We also now officially support Netscape! There are also a ton of other changes (including a complete rework of the backend).
