Changes:

    * Fixed Adblock to work with trunk builds.
    * Fixed an issue where when Clear Private Data on shutdown was enabled, Firefox would not close.
    * Fixed an issue where sometimes the last selected item couldn't be selected.
    * Fixed an issue where after choosing to edit a filter and not selecting it, it would not finish being in edit mode when another filter is selected.
    * Fixed hide globally still taking effect over whether ad hiding was enabled.
    * Using XPaths to find DIVs now. Can add additional elements to the "adblock.elemtypes" preference under "about:config" like this "//div|//table|//span".
