为什么该论坛附件下载都是attement.php呢?

http://www.ibmnb.com 这个网站的论坛
下载里面的附件都是attement.php 已知改后缀和用save link as 均无效
不管调用任何下载工具都是一样但是以前的ff却可以为何?

一般直接点击下载就可以了
