Dangerous critical bug in this build -- trigger recipe:

1) upgrade from an old config (mine containing ~120 GM scripts)
2) things work fine in 0.8.20071208.0 -- yay! new monkey!
3) from the Manage dialog, uninstall one script
4) gm_scripts/ is completely emptied, save config.xml which now
contains "<UserScriptConfig></UserScriptConfig>"

Not quite ready for public consumption.

Unzipping your saved gm_scripts directory back into place brings you
back to step 2. Yay!
