Google will return to China, six years after exit.
September 2, 2016 6 years ago Google removed its search engine from China. The country has strict censorship rules and regulations which stopped Google from providing service in China. The search engine giant first started its search facility in China in 2006. From the beginning of the operation, there was discord between Google and China. In first days Google encountered strict surveillance from the Chinese government. The government accused that the search engine corporation is censoring the search result of the Chinese users. The authority asserted that Google only can operate its business if it is obeying the government’s rules and conditions. Later Google shuts its business in mainland China. But recently the company showed tremendous interest in the Chinese market to operate its business in full swim. Google’s parent company Alphabet chairman Eric Schmidt said he spending adequate time to analyze different aspects of resuming Google’s business in China. The analysis shows that internet censorship policy has actually been stricter than before. The policy caused Google to move its service from China is not solved at all. Especially, American companies like Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Intel and alike, face tougher policy in China. The Chinese government keeps special monitoring system for American companies.
