If you do not have an email address registered or cannot access the address please send us your username and the new email address that we can register in your account.

You can later change the password to the way you like it by going to File -> Change Password.

应该没错，填写到Support Request Key的空栏里，并填好你接收的邮箱

他发给我的邮件是有一个序列号啊.

我把这个序列号再发到这个网页上就可以了???

从给出的页面看，对方应该给你了一个服务序列号（Support Request Key）
在这个页面上填上你收到信件的邮箱和这个序列号点submit看看
如果忘记了序列号，就把邮箱地址填在forgot key下面

可是我说了啊.我说我忘记填写的邮箱地址是什么了.

Dear sir:

My skype account is : sega1028 , I need your help.

Due to the updation of share.skype.com, I cannot login in with my original user name and password. I guess my password was alternated by system.

And the worse is that I forgot what email account I used to register , so I cannot fetch my password by email.

I am eager to access the website, at which I have save my contacts and some other important personal infomation.

I hope I could get back the email address . If this is not allowed, I hope there is other ways to change my personal account info , so as to get ,or change, my password.

I am eager to hear from you.

很简单，首先他让你检查和处理针对Skype的网络连接和防火墙设置，如果设置没问题，那么你可以登录这个网页： http://www.skype.com/help_passwordreminder.html 来重置你的密码，会自动发一封有你密码的邮件到登记的邮箱里的

可是我的另个账号密码又丢失了.

我用同样的信件内容发给skype.

Hello,

Here is a list of procedures to go through for fixing your connection problems. Please try following:

1) Make sure you have latest version of Skype. It can be found here: http://www.skype.com/download/
2) Close Skype
3) If you have router, please reboot your router
4) If you are behind proxy server, make sure you have set all proxy settings in Internet Explorer --> Tools --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN settings and in Skype under Tools --> Options --> Connection
5) If you are using windows built-in firewall,
Go to Start menu --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Windows firewall
If 'Don't allow exceptions' is ticked, please untick it.
Go to the 'Exceptions' tab
If there is Skype listed below, delete it.
Start Skype, you will be prompted to allow Skype to connect to internet, accept it.
6) If you are using some other firewall,
Go to Start menu --> Programs and select your firewall
Make sure that exceptions are allowed.
Go to 'Exceptions' tab
If there is Skype listed below, delete it
Start Skype, you will be prompted to allow Skype to connect to the internet, select 'Yes'
7) Start Skype

If your connection is ok, but you have problems with password:
If you are currently logged into Skype you can change your password by going to File -> Change Password. Otherwise you can reset your password by visiting this page: http://www.skype.com/help_passwordreminder.html

If this does not work you may have incorrectly filled in your email address when you registered or you registered with a different address. Also, check you Junk Mail folder, sometimes the password reminders are sent there by mistake.



In order to change your email we need to know some information about your SkypeOut purchase, so we could identify you. Please send us the following information:

1. Approximate date of transaction taken place (can be looked up from credit card statement)
2. Payment method or Credit Card type used to make a purchase
3. First 4 and last 4 digits of credit card, if payment method is credit card; moneybookers's account name, if payment method is Moneybookers
4. Name on the credit card (if payment method credit card)
5. Email that was entered during registration (if any)
6. Some other email address (With a different domain) that is yours and valid.

That way we can complete our verification and resolve this matter.


In case you have not purchased any money for Skype, please create a new Skype user account.
